I'm a User Experience Researcher, and Product Strategist with extensive experience leading research, usability testing, and product development in agile teams.
I specialise in user research qualitative & quantitative, workshop facilitation, and UX strategy including service design and mentoring.

Service mapping exercise across 5 services (including Residential Waste Collection, Commercial Waste and Street cleaning). I conducted in-person interviews, contextual analysis and ran stakeholder workshops. Playback identified major pain points and opportunities in the services.
Mixed-method research to measure the current performance of signups for a large UK construction company. Was able to identify time to value and barriers. I ran usability tests with new, optimised prototypes. The testing outcome estimated a 77% faster signup time than the current.
Spent 8 weeks on a discovery project, running qualitative and quantative research, across 12+ different data points. Mapped out an entire journey for a persona, identifying major pain points and opportunities. This journey map combined survey data, interview data and industry statistics to help shape product direction

SaaS supply chain platform for construction buyers & suppliers. As UX researcher, I established foundational research operations and influenced product strategy across the organisation. I've been key to scaling the team and demonstrating value to stakeholders, growing now to over 6 researchers, across Europe.
