SaaS supply chain platform for construction buyers & suppliers. As UX researcher, I established foundational research operations and influenced product strategy across the organisation. I've been key to scaling the team and demonstrating value to stakeholders, growing now to over 6 researchers, across Europe.
🔍 ResearchLeading UX for a fan engagement platform. Delivering research-led feature development through surveys, testing, interviews. Running Lean Canvas workshops weekly to scope new ideas and building design systems using Tailwind & Material Design.
Created assets and responsive site designs across sport, real estate, and marketing. Collaborated with contractors and internal teams on diverse digital projects.
